7. **The Stone Forest**

Rising from the ground like old sentinels, the Stone Forest offers an amazing variety of naturally occurring rock pillars that seem to challenge gravity. Created over millennia of erosion, these limestone formations stand in different heights and forms to produce an ethereal scene that resembles more of an artist's sculpture garden than a natural occurrence. Natural corridors and chambers created between the pillars let guests explore each with different viewpoints and picture opportunities. While the different heights of the formations produce beautiful shadow patterns throughout the day, the stone surfaces show complex patterns resulting from wind erosion and mineral deposits.
