Over a decade of legendary Tony Stark/Iron Man performance by Robert Downey Jr. has made him among the most adored figure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His portrayal is so realistic that occasionally it is difficult to remember the amazing degree of visual effects work needed to realise the Iron Man costume. Although a completely working Iron Man suit in actuality is not yet achieved by current technology, the impact of the movie has inspired several technical advancements in domains including robotics and powered exoskeletons. Not only are the amazing visual effects appealing, but Downey Jr.'s compelling performance grounds and believability the great aspects feel. Iron Man is already a pillar of modern superhero movies thanks in large part to his commitment to the part, even while we still dream of such technologies coming to pass.
