What transpired was a dragon-headed fire.
Where: Asia
A flashfire was extinguished by this firebreather. Upon closer inspection, the flames appear to resemble a dragon's head, an incredible coincidence that we're not sure how the performer achieved.

It must have been fortunate. Typically, fire breathers create what appears to be a "breath of fire" by spitting out a jet of flammable liquid over a flame. You can imagine how risky this performance is.
